LiqPAY is global open high-secure payment system that lets anyone easily send money using mobile phones, Internet and payment cards worldwide.
Payment system Liqpay has the highest security level which based on OTP technology. Transactions are protected with one-time SMS password. Security of Liqpay is proved by GoDaddy Secure Web Site, Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode certificates.
For users – registration is not required. To use the system you only need:
- a mobile phone;
- Internet;
- VISA or MasterCard card issued in any bank that does not have limits for Internet transactions.
In case of contradiction between card currency and operation currency, system will carry on currency conversion automatically.

LiqPAY works with all mobile operators all over the world.
Authorization is based on the OTP technology (One-time password), easy and secure. After entering the cell phone number, SMS with a one-time dynamic password will be delivered. Then you have to enter a code which you will get by SMS. You will be redirected to the Liqpay’s payment processor for the credit card authorization, where the authorization of your card will be processed.
All first time Credit Card payments will be verified by LiqPAY and may last 48 hours, it depends on your credit card company or the bank. Normally it takes 40 minutes to verify your credit Card. This is only one time verification. As soon as your Credit card is verified, you will get a SMS message from LiqPAY. It means your Credit card payment was approved. The SMS message will look like this: "You have sent $.$$ USD to MERCHANT successfully - www.liqpay.com".
